WESTERN LETTINGS is a small, independent, residential letting agency based in the heart of the West End of Glasgow. We
provide a personal and friendly service to both tenants and landlords. We specialize in letting flats and houses, and making sure that everyone is happy. As specialists, we
are focused on the priorities and needs of the landlord and tenant, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.
For TENANTS we provide a FREE property finding service, whether you are responding to one of our adverts or simply looking for
a property which meets your needs. We are available for viewings at times that are convenient for you, such as evenings and weekends. When we find a flat that suits you, we
will do our best to make sure that you settle in comfortably. We will take care of the transfer of utility accounts as well as registering you for Council Tax purposes. Any
teething troubles will be dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. Please take a look at our current property list. If we don't have the perfect property, please
register with us by completing the tenant registration form.
For LANDLORDS, we offer a range of services from tenant finding to full management. We are a home based business, and our
charges are significantly lower than large office based agencies.
