The team have been amazing at supporting us right from the start, from having an extra electrical socket installed before we even moved in to having the boiler and fridge replaced quickly and with minimum fuss. The team is quick to respond to any queries or concerns we have and regularly go out of thier way to make sure things are going smoothly in our home. There have been a number of issues that are not the letting agents fault that they have worked hard to help resolve and we couldn't be happier with the service and support the team has given us over the years.
