Western Lettings were always very professional and helpful, particularly as I was moving in March 2020 just as everything was locking down. Staff were always responsive and helpful throughout my 12 month tenancy.The only negative thing was the inventory I was provided with as it said everything was perfect with the property and it took me a lot of time to take photos and upload them of things that weren’t perfect (marks on walls etc).Overall, I would highly recommend.

All the staff at Western Lettings have been so helpful, friendly and professional in all the contact that we have had with them. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone out of their way to be so helpful and find ways to do everything while still keeping within all the COVID rules. We would definitely give them 5 stars for everything. The only one we can’t comment on is value because we are tenants and not landlords. But they have been great at bending over backwards to help us so that’s surely worth a lot to landlords to have very happy tenants. Western Lettings provided excellent service from day one until move out by being flexible, very responsive and friendly at all times.
