Western Lettings have been the best letting agent I have used. They were helpful in finding a place, getting the details together and then helped with making sure everything was set up for moving in. They were hands off and trusting of me to look after the property without being intrusive or overbearing. At the end of my tenancy they were fantastic in helping me get ready for handing the property back. They gave a handy checklist to ensure I would get my deposit back and I received every penny back, with no issues. Owning a large dog, they helped find a property that would allow me to keep him with me which is incredible since it is so hard to find a property that will allow dogs, let alone a large one!All in all, I would use western lettings again as they were just fantastic. Their staff are lovely and helpful - 10/10 experience!

Absolutely awful experience. I have been renting in the UK for over 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience with any state agents. I saw myself in the situation were the landlord had to come back to the property after 4 months of me moving in, and I had to leave within 28 days. The worst wasn't the fact that I had to move out with such short notice, but was the lack of assistance and sympathy from this agents. From day one, they have been uninterested and unhelpful. I don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again. Thanks for nothing.

With many years experience in the property industry, I have encountered many letting agents over the years both occasionally good and more often very very bad, but none have come close to the exceptional level of service I have received - as a landlord - from Catherine, Sandra, Jack and the rest of the team at Western.
