All the staff at Western Lettings have been so helpful, friendly and professional in all the contact that we have had with them. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone out of their way to be so helpful and find ways to do everything while still keeping within all the COVID rules. We would definitely give them 5 stars for everything. The only one we can’t comment on is value because we are tenants and not landlords. But they have been great at bending over backwards to help us so that’s surely worth a lot to landlords to have very happy tenants. Western Lettings provided excellent service from day one until move out by being flexible, very responsive and friendly at all times. They handled requests professionally and in acceptable time frames. Excellent. My first time renting and western Lettings made it easy. Let was agreed within 36 hours of me contacting them. Everything went without a hitch.
