Nothing has been too much trouble - which was essential to us as we live a long way away from our rented property. as a tenant, they have been such a great letting agency. I’ve only been in my flat for 2 weeks and they have already done more for me than my last landlord did in 2 years. Super quick responses, super helpful, had one issue when i moved in and it was sorted within 48 hours no fuss. If your a student or professional looking to let in the west end absolutely look for western lettings

We are a contractor carrying out repairs on behalf of western Lettings and we can honestly say they are amazing to work alongside. All of the staff are always pleasant and so helpful.Their properties are always well maintained and their tenants are always clear about why we are attending and what is needing done.We couldn’t pick out anyone individually for praise as they are all equally fantastic to deal with, which we have found is very rare for a business of their size.We carry out work for a lot of big letting agents throughout Scotland and western Lettings are one of the best to work alongside.

I had one flat, managed by Western Lettings, which lasted almost 6 years. I never felt having the one flat, that I was treated any different to a person having many properties. The whole experience was excellent. All the staff were happy to help with any requests. Problems were dealt and communication between me and the tenant through the staff was prompt and professional. I would recommend Western Lettings to anyone looking to rent out a property
