As tenants, we’ve been with a few different estate agents over the years in Glasgow; however, Western Lettings have been the best by far. Special thanks to Conor and Mark. Any issues we've had regarding maintenance or anything else, they've been very quick to reply and sort things out, which is much more than we've experienced with the majority of other estate agents. From the initial viewing, through the move-in process, and throughout our tenancy, everything has been explained very clearly and handled professionally.

It’s been 8 months since I’ve move into the flat taken care of the agency, the property manager has been very helpful! If there are simple fixes, then equipment is delivered to the house, if there are any complicated ones, engineers are sent at the earliest! 😊

We were happy to use the help of Western Lettings agency. All the checks were on time, the agency provided all the necessary certificates. We were new to the country, but the agency didn't ask to pay a 6-month deposit or anything like that. Rented from Western Lettings for just over a year and have had a good experience. They are fast at responding and good at getting things fixed. The flat was clean when I moved in, and they didn't try and screw me out of my deposit. Matt has been very helpful throughout.

Their website is misleading.They say their company is in the west end of Glasgow.I’ve checked on Google maps.They’re actually in Port Dundas which is North Side of Glasgow.I’m surprised how they could get that wrong.

Western Lettings have been the best letting agent I have used. They were helpful in finding a place, getting the details together and then helped with making sure everything was set up for moving in. They were hands off and trusting of me to look after the property without being intrusive or overbearing. At the end of my tenancy they were fantastic in helping me get ready for handing the property back. They gave a handy checklist to ensure I would get my deposit back and I received every penny back, with no issues. Owning a large dog, they helped find a property that would allow me to keep him with me which is incredible since it is so hard to find a property that will allow dogs, let alone a large one!All in all, I would use western lettings again as they were just fantastic. Their staff are lovely and helpful - 10/10 experience!

Absolutely awful experience. I have been renting in the UK for over 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience with any state agents. I saw myself in the situation were the landlord had to come back to the property after 4 months of me moving in, and I had to leave within 28 days. The worst wasn't the fact that I had to move out with such short notice, but was the lack of assistance and sympathy from this agents. From day one, they have been uninterested and unhelpful. I don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again. Thanks for nothing.

With many years experience in the property industry, I have encountered many letting agents over the years both occasionally good and more often very very bad, but none have come close to the exceptional level of service I have received - as a landlord - from Catherine, Sandra, Jack and the rest of the team at Western. Best decision I made was when I put all my properties into Westerns care a few years back and I would highly recommend that both experienced and new landlords do the same. We rented a flat off of Western Lettings last year and they were fantastic all through the process. They have always been very quick at responding to emails and were at end of the phone if we needed anything.The washing machine broke 2 weeks after moving in and they got someone out to look at it, and ultimately replace it quickly.We were a bit nervous when we moved out as there are so many horror stories of letting agents being difficult with deposits. But they appreciated how clean we had left the flat and refunded us the full amount.I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a flat in Glasgow.
