First agency that I've used in the UK but they are amazing. Been with them for 1.5 years. Really helpful staff, when I've had to do some maintenance in the property they have an app so you can request support and services are allocated in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. Cheers!

Been renting with Western Lettings for our fifth year now. The team have been amazing at supporting us right from the start, from having an extra electrical socket installed before we even moved in to having the boiler and fridge replaced quickly and with minimum fuss. The team is quick to respond to any queries or concerns we have and regularly go out of thier way to make sure things are going smoothly in our home. There have been a number of issues that are not the letting agents fault that they have worked hard to help resolve and we couldn't be happier with the service and support the team has given us over the years.

Western Lettings Glasgow have been my property management company for a few years now. Tony Kirkpatrick who works for Western Lettings was superb from start to finish. He arrived on time, assessed the issue quickly, and got straight to work. The service was efficient and thorough, and the problem was resolved without any fuss. He also shared helpful advice on how to avoid it happening again and what to do if it ever returns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
