I've been under the care of Western Lettings for 3+ years, before I moved on to my own house.The communications are always timely and they ensured that I am always on top of any areas that I have missed.Ultimately, I got my full deposit back and I was always sure that no matter what someone will be on the other side of a phoe call or a screen making sure that my living conditions are not deteriorating at any moment.However, one must trust and enable them to do their own thing (house visits) and use their own tools (fix flo portal) to help them deliver the good quality support I am rating them for! :D
