Investments in marketing, systems, technology, and people will inevitably flow to the sales effort. It is no wonder that lettings is often seen in the sector as the ugly sister of sales.

The world has changed. Customers can more readily find specialist products and services. As an example, I just Googled “artists specialising in painting horses” and found compelling evidence that Emily Johnson, based in Gloucestershire, is a good bet.
