Western Lettings is truly a wonderful company to work with. They make life as a landlord incredibly easy and comfortable, which is truly remarkable. Their response times are always impressively quick, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always willing to help and genuinely think of everything. I give them a solid 10 out of 10!

Currently lease a place through Western Lettings and they are a great conpany to work with. The team are so friendly. Cute little gift on key collection when moved in. My partner needed to be added to the lease part way through and all changes actioned easily. Any maintenance is dealt with quickly.

They are prompt in managing issues, transparent with any costs being incurred, provide regular statements on rental income/expenses, quick on marketing the property, always available and many more. As tenants, we’ve been with a few different estate agents over the years in Glasgow; however, Western Lettings have been the best by far. Special thanks to Conor and Mark. Any issues we've had regarding maintenance or anything else, they've been very quick to reply and sort things out, which is much more than we've experienced with the majority of other estate agents. From the initial viewing, through the move-in process, and throughout our tenancy, everything has been explained very clearly and handled professionally.
