We're an ARLA Licensed Agent

We’ve recently become licensed members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). ARLA is the most prestigious and well known accreditation body for letting agents in the UK and in order to qualify we have to meet the following requirements:

Hold client money protection
Have professional indemnity insurance
Achieve a technical qualification in residential lettings
Be a member of an independent redress scheme

In addition, all members must adhere to a strict code of conduct and subject themselves to an annual audit of client money handling procedures.

It is rare for a smaller independent agent to take on ARLA membership and we are proud now to be able to offer the combination of unquestionable financial probity with the level of customer service which our existing clients have to come to expect.
