I had one flat, managed by Western Lettings, which lasted almost 6 years. I never felt having the one flat, that I was treated any different to a person having many properties. The whole experience was excellent. All the staff were happy to help with any requests. Problems were dealt and communication between me and the tenant through the staff was prompt and professional. I would recommend Western Lettings to anyone looking to rent out a property

Their expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism have made our rental experience seamless and enjoyable. Their portal to report complaints works seamlessly, moreover they get it fixed promptly.House leaving process was also seamless, unlike other landlords/letting agents who put unnecessary charges/fees and try to steal your safe deposits, Western Lettings did not charge me for cleaning fees. However we left the house in well condition.

As a new landlord, I wanted to make sure I chose the right letting agency to represent me. I'm happy with the values Western Lettings have displayed in the first few months.The process of setting up the property and securing tenants was made straightforward and they communicated well throughout.There was only a slight hiccup with being double billed for the cleaning fee, which took a little time to resolve. A maintenance issue was also raised by the tenants, which I'm waiting to see quotes from their chosen contractor for.So far I have every faith they will resolve the maintenance issue to a high standard deserving of the 5th star

I've been using Western Lettings for over a year now and I'm so glad I chose them.Exceptionally high standards in terms of professionalism and customer service.They always respond to emails within about ten minutes and phone calls are always answered.I wish more companies had their ethos and standards.I honestly can't fault them.It's a small price to pay so I can sleep easier and not worry about my property.Many thanks to the team and their great leader, Jack.
